For the 2009-2010 school year, we are accepting registrations for kindergarten to grade 5. To find out more about our school, we invite you to come to see us during our advertised Open Houses or make an appointment for a visit.

A school administrator will take you on a tour and speak with you about our program. This visit will give you a good sense of what our school is about and the kind of learning atmosphere we have established for our students. You will know if this is a good fit for your child. Before you make a final decision, we recommend you bring your child for a visit so that he or she can become familiar with our school and we can begin to know him or her.

The next step is to fill out an application form and submit it with a $25 nonrefundable administration fee. If your application is accepted, we will contact you to fill out an official registration form. This needs to be accompanied by a $50 deposit for kindergarten or $100 deposit for grades 1 to 6 which will be applied to the first month’s tuition.

During the month of August, you will receive a newsletter from us giving you all the information you will need for beginning school in September. On Tuesday, September 4, we schedule meetings for each family with the classroom teacher and also with office personnel to complete paperwork. There will be an opportunity to purchase school uniform items at the end of August or beginning of September. Classes begin on Wednesday, September 5.

You are welcome to call at any time if you have any questions. Phone and email messages are checked on a regular basis during times when school is not in session.

Tuition and Payment Policies

Tuition for the 2009-2010 school year is as follows:

Kindergarten half day program: $229/month + $10 activity fee

Kindergarten full day program: $440/month + $20 activity fee
Grades 1 to 6: $408/month + $20 activity fee

Tuition for the second child in a family is reduced by $30 for kindergarten or $60 if the second child is in grades 1 to 6. Third and additional children are free.
Where at least one parent in the family is practicing the Transcendental Meditation technique, fees are reduced by $15 for a kindergarten student and $30 for students from grades 1 to 5.

Fees are payable according to the following schedule:

1. Payment for the full year before August 31, 2009. In this case, there is a $100 discount.
2. Monthly post dated cheques, dated for the first day of each month through to June, 2010.

Activity fees can be paid in full at the beginning of September or added to the monthly tuition cheques.

Our Out of School Care Program is billed monthly.
